●For course and a la carte reservations for 1 to 5 people, cancellations must be made up to the day before the reservation date.For parties of 6-10 people, cancellations must be made up to 3 days before the reservation date.Cancellations for parties of 11 or more must be made one week prior to the reservation date, and if cancelled after this date a cancellation fee of 1,000 yen x number of people will be charged.
●If you cancel your course reservation on the day, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.If you are 15 minutes late from the reservation time without permission, your reservation will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will be charged.
If we determine that your behavior is malicious, we will charge a cancellation fee of 3,000 yen per person x the number of people.
*If you wish to cancel your bouquet or cake, you must do so at least one week before the reservation date. In that case, we will charge you the full amount of the bouquet and cake.
